Giuliano Caldo is Head of Horizon360, based in McKinsey’s Milan office. He has deep experience in IT benchmarking and diagnostics and is one of the founders of Horizon360. Giuliano joined McKinsey & Company in 2000 and has focused on driving cost reduction and improving IT performance for medium-large enterprises, in particular in the telecom and banking sectors.
Prior to joining McKinsey, he was an IT manager at Procter & Gamble and served as a lieutenant in the Italian Air Force. Giuliano holds a Masters in Aerospace Engineering, a Bachelor in Physics, and a Certificate in Engineering Physics from Princeton University, USA.
Ross Tisnovsky leads Horizon360 in the Americas and is based in McKinsey’s New York office. Ross has nearly two decades of management experience, specializing in technology strategy and IT-enabled business performance improvement. Prior to joining McKinsey Solutions, Ross founded and managed the IT Outsourcing and Price Benchmarking research practices of Everest Group, a leading research and advisory firm, focused on sourcing strategies.
Additionally, Ross was Project Executive in the Enterprise Transformation group at IBM and worked as a Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Business Technology Office from 2000 – 2004. Ross holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
Shobhit leads leads Horizon360 in Asia Pacific, based in McKinsey's Singapore office. He has more than 20 years experience in the IT Services and Technology industry, most recently with Accenture as Director for Infrastructure and Cloud Services in Asia. Previously, he worked for SAP, Intel, Business Objects and NetApp.
Shobhit has worked on the design and implementation of IT Infrastructure transformations, which included topics such as data center automation, cloud technologies, IT Security, and outsourcing. Shobhit holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications Engineering.
Atanu Debray leads client development for Horizon360 in Europe. He is based in London.
Prior to joining McKinsey and Horizon360, Atanu worked in Huawei's Global Consulting Division advising telecom operators on network and IT transformation. He also worked in Vodafone Group, where he delivered new services across their global footprint.
Atanu holds an MBA from London Business School and a PhD from the University of Sussex.
Karen Jones is the Head of Technology and Product Development for Horizon360, based in McKinsey's Geneva office. She leads the evolution of the core technology platforms underpinning Horizon360's operations and delivery capabilities, and also drives the development of its growing portfolio of inhouse proprietary software solutions.
Prior to joining Horizon360, Karen worked as a consultant with McKinsey's Business Technology Office. Karen holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge (Trinity Hall) in communications engineering algorithms, as well as a Master of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia, both in electrical engineering.
